These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SimplieWorks apps and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using the Services

• You must follow applicable laws and any in-app rules or guidelines.
• You may not misuse the Services (e.g., interfere with normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malware).
• You are responsible for your device, internet access, and any fees from your carrier or provider.

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Some apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store terms and policies.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID settings.
• Free trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Your content and feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to improve our products. If an app allows you to store content locally, that content typically remains on your device unless the app explicitly offers cloud sync.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms and revise the Effective date on this page.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplieWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which SimplieWorks operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
